How to Obtain a Temporary Handicap Placard:
Must be a Bound Brook resident
In order to obtain a Temporary Handicap Placard please print the attached Handicap Placard Application, once it is completed by you and your doctor, turn it in to the Bound Brook Police Department located at 226 Hamilton Street, Bound Brook, NJ.
You may also pick up a copy of the application from the Bound Brook Police Department at any time.
Note: For initial applications, to avoid any further delay please submit your payment along with your completed application. Don’t forget to include you phone number at the top of the application and the Administrative Assistant will contact you during business hours so you can pick up your Placard.
