The Bound Brook School District is hosting athletic and enrichment camps throughout the summer. Please find below the camps and locations for athletics:

Baseball-June 25-June 29 at Billian Field
Softball-June 25-June 29 at Tea Street
Boys Soccer-July 9-July 13 at LaMonte Field
Girls Soccer- July 16-July 20 at LaMonte Field
Wrestling – July 16-July 20 at Bound Brook High School
Tennis-July 23-July 27 at Tennis Courts
Cheer-July 30-August 3 at LaMonte Field
Football-July 30-August 3 at LaMonte Field

Cost:  $50 per camp or $200 for all 5 week.

Book Cooks                                                   Teacher: Mrs. Zahajkewycz
Come hungry!  Students will read some fantastic summer stories and then use reading and math skills to follow recipes to make delicious, nut free, no-bake snacks to go along with them.  Students will also design their own aprons to wear while they prepare the yummy treats.  Grades 1-2

Arts and Crafts                                                                       Teacher: Mrs. Alfaro
Students will create various arts and crafts related to summer themes using a variety of craft items. Grades 2-3

Crafty Reading Camp                                            Teacher: Mrs. Teixeira
Students will make fun arts and crafts projects to go along with exciting books and poems that will be read together.  Students will freshen up on reading skills and have fun making different summer crafts while learning a little science too.  Grades 3-4

Dream in Green Screen                                                       Teacher: Mrs. Martinez
Students will write short stories/dream sequences and then record them on green screen to edit their dreams into a video.  Grades 5-6

Sports Introduction Camp               Teacher: Mr. Melesurgo/Mr. Fischer
Students will get hooked into different types of sports.  During each class, they will receive the basics on sport positions, personnel, rules, and game play.  The daily class will be broken up into learning, skills, and competitive games with reflection at the end. Grades 7-8

Crypto Club-Creating and Breaking Code           Teacher: Ms. Petersen
Students will explore cryptography through games and informal activities that involve secret messages.  They will apply mathematics as they make and break secret codes.  Grades 5-7
