Designated Resident Permit Parking Streets
Each resident parking permit is valid for one year, expiring on December 31. All permits must be renewed by January 31 of the following year. The annual fee is $10.00 per registered vehicle for residents of streets or portions thereof where residential parking restrictions apply.
Required Documentation for Each Vehicle:
When registering your vehicle through the portal, the following documents are required:

Valid driver’s license

Proof of insurance
Permits will only be issued for vehicles owned or principally operated by the resident. All documents provided must include the current address.
Visitor Parking Permits
Each dwelling unit may request visitor parking permits for temporary use through the Resident Parking Permit Portal.
- Monday through Thursday: $5 per day
- Friday through Sunday: $10 per day
- Prohibited: Visitor parking is not allowed after seven consecutive days
Please note that visitor permits are intended for bona fide guests and must be obtained in advance for the controlled street.
